Client Account Manager

A Client Account Manager is primarily responsible for client relationship management and support of our highly customized financial software products. This is NOT a traditional help desk support position. You will need to understand the clients business and how our software can service their business needs. Through system support and relationship building, you will be in a position to expand our clients usage of the system. In order to accomplish this, you must be a service-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with all levels of management, both internal and external.

Responsibilities include:
1. Managing client expectations and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction
2. Providing system solutions to our clients through analysis and coordination with other company units.
3. Fielding questions and troubleshooting problems.
4. Occasional travel to client sites

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree with 2-5 years experience in finance and/or banking is required
2. Experience with software applications and databases
3. Excellent oral and written communications


Database Analyst / Administrator


A Database Analyst / Administrator is responsible for managing the design and implementation of our application data model.

Responsibilities include:
1. Working with our team of Financial Software Analysts to design data schemas
2. Maintaining the overall data model
3. Implementing data model installation and upgrade scripts
4. Installing and upgrading databases for application development and testing
5. Troubleshooting database integrity and performance
6. Providing internal database support

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Solid database design experience, including experience with Entity-Relationship modeling tools such as Erwin
3. Broad knowledge of database tools, including SQL, MS Access, etc.
4. Experience with Administering a Relational Database Management System, such as Sybase or MS SQL Server.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6. Software development experience is a definite plus


Business Analyst


As a Business Analyst, you will research, analyze, design, and document financial software solutions. By conversing regularly with senior management, business analysts, and clients, you will transform business requirements into functional specifications to drive the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities include:
1. Researching, understanding, and documenting business requirements and industry trends
2. Performing the critical thought necessary to model solutions that (a) meet the stated functional requirements and (b) fit logically into the structural framework of our existing product line
3. Creating functional specifications and presenting proposed solutions to business analysts and senior management
4. Creating test plans, deployment plans, and user documentation

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related discipline
2. Minimum of 2 years of software design experience
3. Knowledge of, and strong demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial products (foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives)
4. Excellent communication and writing skills (writing samples will be required)
5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
6. Experience and understanding of relational database concepts


Quality Assurance Analyst


A Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for analyzing our financial software applications for consistency, correctness, robustness, and usability.
Responsibilities include:
1. Designing, documenting, and executing test plans
2. Identifying and documenting quality control issues
3. Regression testing and analysis
4. Release management

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related discipline
2. Minimum of 2 years of software testing experience
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Experience in banking or finance is preferred


Software Engineer


A Software Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining client/server software applications (C, SQL, Sybase, MS SQL Server, sockets, message queuing, multi-threading) across multiple platforms (Unix, MS Windows NT / 2000 / XP).

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
2. Minimum of 1 year of software development experience (preferably related to financial software applications)
3. Strong working knowledge of C and relational databases
4. Strong communication skills

Senior Software Engineer


A Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing and developing object-oriented software applications for distributed architectures using Microsoft .Net technology.

Qualifications:

2. Minimum of 3 years of object-oriented software development experience for distributed architectures (preferably related to financial software applications)
3. Experience with emerging Microsoft .Net technologies
4. Strong working knowledge of relational databases
5. Strong communication skills



Technical Writer


A Technical Writer is responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation and marketing material for our entire product line.

Responsibilities include:
1. Creating and maintaining user manuals for all components of application software
2. Designing and building online manuals and tutorials
3. Maintaining and publishing software release notes
4. Creating and maintaining marketing material
5. Maintaining our company website

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, or a related discipline
2. 3 to 5 years of technical writing experience
3. Solid communication skills
4. Proficiency using industry-standard publishing applications
5. Proficiency using on-line help publishing applications
6. Knowledge of banking and finance is a definite plus



Web Application Software Engineer


A Web Application Software Engineer specializes in the design and development of web platform applications. The position involves expertise in technologies that are specific to web development, such as ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, Silverlight, and Windows Communication Foundation, as well as a strong foundation in distributed design using Microsoft .Net technology.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
2. Professional experience with object-oriented software development for distributed architectures (preferably related to financial software applications)
3. Experience with Microsoft .Net technologies
4. Experience with web platform technologies
5. Web UI design experience is a definite plus
6. Working knowledge of web deployment and Administration
7. Strong working knowledge of relational databases
8. Strong communication skills
